After spending hundreds of pounds to try & improve my rosacea flare ups & over sensitised skin from prescription creams, the Azelaic acid has immediately reduced my redness & the bumpy texture of my skin. I’ve only used it three times so this is an early review, but so far I’m really happy with the results

I am very disappointed, I can't believe it is over 2 weeks now since I've made my order and I got nothing. I made an order on the 12th of May and I am still waiting.
I have checked with FaceTheory a few times and I was first told that my order was about to be shipped, then that it was gonna be shipped withing 72 hours, then that it was about to be shipped on Monday the 24th of May.
I hoped it would be, but yesterday I managed to get a tracking number and it has appeared that my parcel never was shipped at all and still on transit in UK. And no one knows how long it will take it yet. It feels like I will never get to see my parcel at all.
I am very-very disappointed, especially because I spent money and didn't buy any other products for my face, because I was full sure FaceTheory order would be delivered as it was written within 2-4 working days. I saw some similar to mine reviews before where people were complaining about awful delayes with delivery, however I didn't belive them. I would definitely give it more stars because the products are really good, but what is it good for if you get them weeks delayed, and you have to spend more money on other brands and use them on your skin instead because you run out of FaceTheory and the parcel you are waiting for is getting lost nowhere..
I just wonder will I ever get my parcel at all? :(

My skin has been incredible since facetheory came into my life.
I begin by cleansing with their C2 clarifying cleanser.
I tone with their T4 Glycolascal solution then twice weekly treat my skin with their S3 BHA exfoliating serum.
These products clean, exfoliate and tone my skin, fading acne scars and preventing breakouts.
My skin has never looked or felt healthier.

Easy ordering process, well packaged and brilliant products

I love the products so much, my only pet peeve is the fact the moisturiser and cleanser is in a pot, and therefore I have to be really mindful of having perfectly clean hands before taking some and equally for the cleanser not filling the pot with water in the shower. The products are really good though and I love the ingredients they use. My skin has got so much better since using the night cream.

Very impressed so far, in just one week I have seen results! The products came in eco friendly packaging that all went into composting. I tend to get a breakout when I change products/routine but this time I have just seen results. My skin is clearer and not sore anymore, no deep painful spots, my pores are less noticeable.

Every time I order, Facetheory delivers! I was a little nervous this time because of the new rules for shipping into the EU from UK, but Facetheory just took care of everything and they delivered quickly and with no problem! So happy with my purchases, love the products!

In my experience, Facetheory sell bad quality product that burns and causes acne (for all the three products I bought). Especially for the price I was expecting something decent and I ended not using those products ever again. Also their products smell really bad.

My shopping experience was good. I was able to receive a promo from an associate. When I ordered the product, it gave me the info for my product. When I received the product it was wrapped securely. (Really grateful that the product was not damaged)
I used the mandelic acid twice in this week and I have to say that it did not irritate my face, was not oily, and no fragrance.
I love the ingredients list.
Overall, I was satisfied and I would definitely recommend this product to anyone that is looking for a gentle exfoliate.
